Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The request must be made within 5 days of the purchase date.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Downloadable or digital products once delivered

  • Services that have already been rendered

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@heartyspices.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the refund

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days

4. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

  • If applicable, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
